Small manufacturers often run production on spreadsheets and memory. Stock counts drift, a part runs out mid-job, and nobody can say what a finished unit really cost. Spreadsheets do not fix that once orders grow.
MRPeasy is cloud manufacturing software built for that stage: bills of materials, stock, production planning and shop-floor reporting in one system, priced per user per month. This review covers what MRPeasy does, what it costs and who it fits. Our analysis uses MRPeasy’s published pricing, with figures checked 2026-10-04. When you are ready, try MRPeasy.

What is MRPeasy?
MRPeasy is a cloud-based manufacturing ERP and MRP system. MRP means material requirements planning: software that works out what parts you need, when you need them, and what is in stock, based on your bills of materials and open orders. The vendor positions it for small and mid-sized manufacturers and distributors, and it ties production planning, inventory, purchasing, sales orders, CRM and shop-floor reporting into one system designed for self-service setup without a consultant.

How much does MRPeasy cost?
MRPeasy bills per user, per month, in US dollars. There are four plans. Prices below checked 2026-10-04. Annual billing gives one month free. The vendor states there are no contracts and no module-based pricing. To see the plans, check MRPeasy pricing.
| Plan | Price per user / month | What MRPeasy lists |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 | Basic production planning, inventory, BOM management, purchasing and sales, CRM, lot traceability |
| Professional | $69 | Adds expiry dates, product configurator (matrix BOM), quality control, serial numbers, subcontracting, tiered pricing, B2B customer portal |
| Enterprise | $99 | Adds approval system, barcode printing and scanning, backward production scheduling, maintenance management, multiple stocks, RMA, master production schedule |
| Unlimited | $149 | Adds API and webhooks, unlimited SKUs, BOMs, routings, work station types, customers, vendors and pricelists |
Because pricing is per user, your headcount is the multiplier: a ten-person team on Professional pays for ten seats. Users beyond the first 10 are bundled at a reduced rate, listed by the vendor at $79 per additional 10-user block. There is no permanent free plan, but there is a free trial: 15 days, extendable to 30 days (15+15) by completing onboarding steps, with no credit card required.
What are MRPeasy’s key features?
Per MRPeasy’s published specs, these are the features that decide which plan fits.
Bills of materials (BOMs). Single and multi-level BOM management, so a subassembly can carry its own parts list. The product configurator with matrix BOMs is on Professional.
Production planning and scheduling. Drag-and-drop rescheduling, one-click production cost and lead-time estimates, and a master production schedule on Enterprise.
Inventory and stock tracking. Lot, batch and serial traceability, barcoding, and expiry tracking. Expiry dates are on Professional; barcode printing and scanning are on Enterprise.
Shop-floor reporting. Built-in manufacturing execution and shop-floor reporting, so progress is recorded where the work happens.
Quality control and subcontracting. Both are listed on Professional.
Sales, CRM and customer portal. Built-in CRM and sales order handling, with a B2B customer portal on Professional.
Integrations. The vendor lists QuickBooks Online, Xero, Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, ShipStation, Pipedrive and Zapier. API access and webhooks are on the Unlimited plan.
If stock errors are your biggest cost, try MRPeasy on a trial.
What does MRPeasy say about itself?
MRPeasy says its software is chosen by more than 2,000 companies in over 60 countries. That is the vendor’s own claim and we did not verify it. This article lists no customer names or savings numbers. Ask the vendor for references in your own trade before you commit.
Who should use MRPeasy?
- Small manufacturers outgrowing spreadsheets. Stock, BOMs and orders in one place.
- Food and drink producers. Expiry-date tracking is on Professional and Enterprise.
- Workshops that need multi-level BOMs. Subassemblies are handled from the base plans up.
- Firms that want to set up without a consultant. The vendor designs it for self-service setup. When ready, try MRPeasy.
Who should skip MRPeasy?
- Large plants with complex, multi-site scheduling. Look at larger ERP systems.
- Service businesses. There is nothing to manufacture, so MRP is the wrong tool.
- Anyone who needs payroll or HR. That is outside this product.
- Buyers who want a free tier. There is none; there is a 15-day trial, extendable to 30 days.
- Teams that need API access on a budget. The API and webhooks sit on Unlimited at $149 per user per month.
Questions to ask before you buy
- How many users do we need? Pricing is per user, so count every seat before you budget.
- Do our products need multi-level BOMs or a configurator? The configurator is on Professional.
- Do we track expiry dates or serial numbers? Both are on Professional.
- Which accounting or store platform must it connect to? Check the vendor’s integration list.
- Do customers need to order through a portal? The B2B customer portal is on Professional.
- Do we need the API? That decides Unlimited.
- How will we move stock data in? Plan the import before the trial.
- Who owns data cleanup? Bad stock data gives bad plans.
The verdict
MRPeasy is a strong fit for small manufacturers that have outgrown spreadsheets and need stock, BOMs and shop-floor planning in one place. Its four plans are simple, features step up by operational depth, and the per-user pricing is published plainly.
The catch is scale and fit. Per-user pricing means a growing headcount grows the bill, and if your plant is large or heavily regulated, shortlist bigger systems as well. Start with the trial on your messiest product: build its BOM, run one job through and check the stock numbers at the end. Try MRPeasy and move to Professional if you need expiry tracking, serial numbers or the customer portal.
