What is Heyflow?
Heyflow is a no-code builder for lead funnels and interactive forms, aimed at performance marketers, agencies and marketing teams running paid campaigns. You build a flow from blocks, add conditional logic, style it to your brand and publish it as an embed on your site, a popup, or a standalone page.

How much does Heyflow cost?
Heyflow bills per month, in euros. Prices below are per month on yearly billing, checked 2026-10-05 on heyflow.com/pricing. On monthly billing the same plans cost more: Starter €69, Growth €129 and Scale €289 a month, with Enterprise from €1,100 on either basis. Yearly plans are billed annually in advance, and the vendor labels the yearly saving as up to 45%. The vendor labels Growth as its most popular plan. Two limits decide the tier: responses per month and the number of funnels. Starter’s 50 responses a month is a testing allowance, not a campaign allowance, so estimate your volume from current form traffic before you pick. Extra feature bundles can be bought individually: the Design, Conversion and Insights bundles are listed at €40 a month each on yearly billing (€50 to €60 a month on monthly billing), and the Coding bundle at €90 a month on yearly billing (€100 monthly). The vendor also lists 2,000 bonus AI credits on sign-up; that is the vendor’s claim.
What are Heyflow’s key features?
Per Heyflow’s published specs, these are the features that decide which plan fits.
Drag-and-drop builder with templates. Build multi-step flows without code, starting from templates.
Conditional logic. Show or hide steps based on answers, so each visitor sees a path that fits. Advanced conditional logic is in the Core bundle on every plan.
Per-screen drop-off analytics. See which screen loses people, then fix that screen.
Conversion tracking. Native tracking and analytics on every plan, with server-side conversion tracking to ad platforms listed by the vendor. Advanced tracking is on Scale.
Branding control. Growth removes Heyflow branding and opens all design settings, CSS and custom fonts.
Payments and validation. Collect payments through Stripe, plus phone validation and SMS OTP, on Growth and above.
A/B testing. Native A/B testing is on Scale.

What does Heyflow say about itself?
Heyflow states that it is fully GDPR-compliant, with data hosted and processed exclusively in Europe. That is the vendor’s own claim and we did not verify it. The vendor also names well-known companies among its users; this article cites no customer counts, conversion-lift figures or ratings. Treat any lift figure on the vendor’s site as marketing until you test the flow on your own traffic.
Who should use Heyflow?
- Marketers running paid campaigns. A guided flow usually beats a long form on mobile traffic, and server-side tracking feeds the ad platforms.

The verdict
Heyflow is a good fit when a plain form is the weak point in a funnel you already drive traffic to. The builder is simple, the response and funnel limits are published, and the trial is long enough to test one real campaign.
The catch is cost and scope. Starter at €49 a month has to earn its place against the form tool you already pay for, and Heyflow will not replace a landing-page builder or a CRM.
